10-minute average values at the end of the measurement interval. The data acquisition rate is 1 Hz. The average values represent the corresponding parameter at sensor level. In daily dataset files following level 1 products are included: (1) Air temperature at sensor level: average offset correction is applied (see instrument specifications). (2) Current air temperature quality flag: 0 (undefined_quality), 1 (missing_value), 2 (quality_bad), 3 (quality_dubious), 4 (value_is_interpolated), 5 (quality_good), processed with internal QA routines by Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD) described by Beyrich and Adam (Berichte des Deutschen Wetterdienstes, 230, 55 pp., 2007). (3) Relative humidity at sensor level: a nonlinear correction is applied (see instrument specifications). (4) Current relative humidity quality flag: see (2). (5) Wind direction at sensor level: vector average of consistent wind vane measurements at the 3 booms of the corresponding levels (98m and 40m), described by Beyrich and Adam (Berichte des Deutschen Wetterdienstes, 230, 55 pp., 2007). At levels without wind direction measurements missing values -999.0 are set in the file. (6) Current wind direction quality flag: see (2). (7) Wind speed at sensor level: The representative wind speed measurement is selected from the anemometers of the 3 booms in dependence of the measured (98 m, 40 m, 10 m) or interpolated (else) wind direction at the corresponding level. (8) Current wind speed quality flag: see (2).
