Time-series of temperature anomalies for selected regions of the World Ocean
Temperature time series were calculated for six selected regions of the World Ocean which have the best data coverage (Fig. 1). For regional calculations 2x2-degree spatial binning was implemented.
Number of point anomalies within each spatial bin is shown in Fig.2. Fig.03 to Fig.12 show time series for the layer 0-20m. Fig.13 to Fig.19.
Regional calculations were conducted by Jan Timo Fischer and described in his bachelor thesis:
