Upgrade of MODIS LAI - FAPAR data set

We performed an upgrade of the TERRA-MODIS Leaf Area Index (LAI) and Fraction of Absorbed Photosynthetically Active Radiation (FAPAR) product MOD15A2H from Collection 6.0 to Collection 6.1. This upgrade also includes an extension of the data set by data of one year. The data are now available from 02/2000 through 12/2021 and come with 8-daily temporal resolution. You can choose between two flavours: data on 500 m x 500 m sinusoidal grid tiles or globally gridded data with 0.5° x 0.5° grid resolution:

Extension of MODIS Land Surface Temperature (LST)

We extended the Terra and Aqua MODIS land surface temperature (LST) data sets. These global data sets come at monthly and daily temporal and with 0.05 degree grid resolution and cover years 2000 (2002 for Aqua) through February 2025. For more information see:
