Extension of ASCAT soil moisture data set

We extended our global maps of the MetOP-ASCAT soil moisture, product version v5 of the EUMETSAT Hydrology - Satellite Application Facility (H-SAF) MetOP-ASCAT soil moisture data set: ASCAT SSM CDR v5 12.5 km, H115 (the CDR) and ASCAT SSM CDR v5 EXT 12.5 km, H116 (the offline product or iCDR). The daily running 5-day mean/composite and the monthly average soil moisture data sets are therefore now available for the period 2007-01 through 2020-12 (H115 until 2018-12, H116 afterwards):
