Extension S3-OLCI land surface parameter datasets

We extended the global LAI, FAPAR and Vegetation Cover Fraction data sets available at 300 m grid resolution or at 0.5 degree grid resolution - until including September 2024 so that these data sets are now available from: 2014-01-01 through 2024-09-30 with 10-daily sampling:
