Extension of GlobSnow Snow Water Equivalent

The (kind of) extended the GlobSnow v3.0 Snow Water Equivalent (SWE) product by adding the near-real-time (NRT) product for years 2018 through 2024. The NRT product comes with the same spatial resolution as the SWE CDR. The time period covered is 2018-01-01 through 2024-07-31 - provided that the algorithm can retrieve SWE.
