Upgrade of Eumetsat CM-SAF SARAH data sets

We upgraded the entire suite of Eumetsat CM-SAF SARAH (Surface Radiation Data Set - Heliosat) data sets from version SARAH-2 to version SARAH-3. Connected to this upgrade is the addition of three additional parameters: photosynthtiecally active radiation (PAR), sunshine duration, and daylight, as well as an extension of the time series until including November 2023.

We extended the v2.1 Reynolds optimum interpolation sea surface temperature (OISST) data set until including September 2024. We offer daily data, monthly data and anomalies with respect to 1982-2001 and 1992-2011 for 40+ years. For more information visit:
