Extension of TAMSAT precipitation data set

We extended the TAMSAT v3.1 high-resolution precipitation data set for Africa until including July 2023. The data set now ranges from 1983-01 through 2023-07 at 10-daily and monthly temporal and ~4 km grid resolution and includes mean values and anomalies:
