Extension of MODIS sea surface temperature

We extended the MODIS sea surface temperature (SST) data sets for both, Terra and Aqua based on thermal infrared imaging until including August 2022 (Terra) / September 2022 (Aqua). These global data sets come with approximately 0.05 degree grid resolution. For more information see:

Extension of MODIS Land Surface Temperature (LST)

We extended the Terra and Aqua MODIS land surface temperature (LST) data sets. These global data sets come at monthly and daily temporal and with 0.05 degree grid resolution and cover years 2000 (2002 for Aqua) through February 2025. For more information see:
