Upgrade of MODIS chlorophyll-a concentration

We upgraded the MODIS-based data sets of the ocean near-surface chlrorophyll-a concentration and related parameters, e.g. particulate organic carbon content, from product version v2014.0 to version v2018.0. Data sets are available for both, AQUA and TERRA, until including March 2022 for both daily and monthly temporal resolution. This global data set comes with approximately 0.05 degree grid resolution. Extension of MODIS Land Surface Temperature (LST)

We extended the Terra and Aqua MODIS land surface temperature (LST) data sets. These global data sets come at monthly and daily temporal and with 0.05 degree grid resolution and cover years 2000 (2002 for Aqua) through February 2025. For more information see:

Extension of MODIS atmospheric properties
