Extension of OSISAF and IFREMER-ICDC ASI sea-ice concentration data sets

We extended the EUMETSAT OSI-SAF sea-ice concentration climate data record (CDR) OSI-450 / interim climate data record (iCDR): OSI-430-b by data of January to March 2021. The combined data set covers the period 1979-01-01 through 2021-03-31 at 25 km grid resolution for both hemispheres:

In addition we extended the IFREMER-ICDC ASI-algorithm sea-ice concentration data set until 2021-03-31 as well; this data set comes at 12.5 km grid resolution and begins later: 1991-12-05:
