Teaching
We offer a 1-week Scientific Visualization course each winter semester at the School of Integrated Climate Sciences.
The course provides a comprehensive theoretical overview of Scientific Visualization in Climate Sciences, from fundamentals to advanced concepts.
Along theoretical aspects, the curriculum emphasizes their practical application. Students will be guided through lessons and hands-on exercises using ParaView - an open-source, multi-platform data analysis and visualization software - and are expected to complete a small project by the end of the course week.
