Extension of MODIS atmospheric properties

We extended the Terra and Aqua MODIS aerosol properties data sets including parameters such as concentration of aerosol optical depth derived with the deep blue and/or dark target approaches. These global level-3 data sets are extracted from MOD08_D3 and MYD08_D3 data sets and come with 1 degree x 1 degree grid resolution and daily temporal resolution. All these data sets cover the period March 2000 through November 15 2021 (TERRA) and July 2002 through November 15 2021 (AQUA). For further information we refer to the respective web page
