New product: IMERG half-hourly precipitation amount

We include a new product in our data holding: the IMERG (Integrated Multi-satellitE Retrievals for GPM) PERSIANN precipitation amount data set. This global product includes half-hourly estimates of the precipitation amount (intensity) in mm/hour and allows to investigate diurnal cycles in precipitation events. The grid resolution is 0.1 degrees. It is available for the period 2000-06-01 through 2020-06-30. For more information see:
